Principal’s murder case postponed again

The White River court case against a principal's widow and two others accused of the murder of the late Mahlatsi High School's principal has been postponed.

All three accused implicated in the murder of a 57- year old principal of Mahlatsi High School, the late Mvelase Solomon Mdluli will have to wait for another month behind bars before the beginning of the trial.

The trio, Mdluli’s 54- year old widow, Ms Ethel Simangele Mdluli, Mr Peter Khoza (52) and Mr Xolani Ngwenyama briefly appeared in the White River Magistrate’s Court on Friday.

The matter was postponed for further investigations to July 24. All three denied bail on May 17.

They pleaded not guilty on charges of conspiracy to murder, robbery with aggravating circumstance and the murder of the principal.
