Three women arrested for trying to sneak in dagga at Lydenburg police holding cells
The dagga was found disguised as toiletries in dawn body lotion containers.
LYDENBURG – Three women were arrested while trying to sneak in drugs to awaiting prisoners in police holding cells on May 23.

The women were busted while trying to sneak in the drugs hidden in body cream containers. This happened at the Lydenburg Police Station holding cells where they were to visit their relatives during visiting hours.

Sgt Teenage Dladla inspected all the goods brought to the suspects, and even opened the dawn lotion containers only to find dagga neatly tucked in.
The three were arrested on the spot for possession of dagga. They will appear before the Lydenburg Magistrate’s Court soon.
