Bail application for principal’s widow continue in White River Magistrate’s court

The bail application for the widow accused of masterminding the death of her husband, Mr Mvelase Solomon Mdluli, will continue in the White River Magistrate’s Court today.

Ms Ethel Simangele Mdluli (54), with her two co-accused Mr Peter Khoza (52) and a 32 year-old Mr Xolani Mngwenya, face charges of conspiracy to murder, robbery with aggravating circumstance and the murder of Mdluli.

The trio’s legal team is expected to present the reasons as to why the accused should be granted bail against the state prosecutor who opposes their bail.
