GRASKOP- The trio Mr Moses Mafuyeka (34), Vennely Beck (35) and Ms Lizzy Makhubedu (42) were found guilty on charges of fraud and theft by the Graskop Magistrate Court. They defrauded the company a total of R252 223.25 while being employed by the company.
Mafuyeka was sentenced to two years imprisonment suspended for five years on condition of correctional supervision and under house arrest for 12 months.
Beck was sentenced to six years imprisonment suspended for five years on condition of correctional supervision and under house arrest for 36 months whilst Makhubedu was sentenced to three years imprisonment suspended for five years on condition of correctional supervision and under house arrest for 18 months.
