Criminals target victims who are on foot

In the process the victims valuables which included money, jewelry, cellphones, and clothing were stolen.

PIENAAR – Police have urged community members not to ask for lifts from strangers, instead they should make use of public transportation.

Spokesperson of the local police, Sgt Jabu Ndubane said they were recently called to a scene where people had been dumped in the middle of the road and others in the bush after they had accepted drinks that had been spiked from the occupants of the car.

In the process the victims valuables which included money, jewelry, cellphones, and clothing were stolen. Ndubane reported that the victims were mostly from KaNyamazane and KaBokweni.
