MBOMBELA-A 31 year-old traffic officer was arrested for fraud, trespassing and conspiracy to commit a crime.
Mr Secret Mngwenya of Mkhuhlu traffic station was arrested on June 7 near Skukuza by members of the hawks in Mpumalanga.
He was out on bail for a previous crime of rhino poaching which he committed in October 2015.
He appeared before the Skukuza Magistrate Court yesterday where he was denied bail.

“His previous bail condition had been automatically forfeited,” said Lt Dineo Sekgotodi spokesperson for the hawks in Mpumalanga.
Mngwenya was reminded in custody and the matter postponed for further investigations to June 13.
