Man gets life sentence for raping a two-year-old

It took two years and thorough investigations for justice to be done on the rape case of a two year old minor from Badplass.

ELUKWATINI – A 26-year-old rapist was finally sentenced to life imprisonment by the Carolina Regional Court for the rape of a two year-old minor, he raped two years ago.

Bongani Sunday Mahlangu raped the toddler who was left at the care of his grandmother at Badplaas Section D on September 4, 2014. He first appeared before the Badplaas Periodical Court on June 4, 2015 and was sentenced on April 6, 2016.
