It was a proud moment for parents when their children were capped by the president of the country. Some were ululating and others praising as their child was called up the stage.
President Ramaphosa congratulated the 237 graduates who received their diplomas and degrees in the fields of education, agriculture, information and communication technology as well as hospitality management over the weekend.
