White River author teaches about God, sex and marriage in new book
A born-again preacher, Bongani Maposa said he had a divine encounter with God, who inspired him to write his new book.
Bongani Maposa is a self-published author who debuted into the literary space with his first book, titled 35 and Married 15 Times – The Biblical Truth About Marriage and Sexual Intercourse.
He published this book with the sole purpose of educating people about the will and purpose of God for the institution of marriage and sexual intercourse. He called it a pre- and post-marital guide course.
He said the book aids in applying Biblical principles to fight against the perversion of God’s truth and desires for marriage and sex.
“I had a divine encounter with the Holy Spirit, which inspired me to write this book while living alone at a guest house, after I had separated from my wife. The book also dwells into my personal life and the lessons I had learnt in marriage.”
“Most of the problems in our lives and marriages are a direct result of our ignorance of the laws and principles of God. The devil has perverted every good thing God has created, and he plans to move us away from the presence of God, so we can join him in eternal suffering when Judgement Day comes,” Maposa said.

It took him about six months to write the book. It covers topics based on scriptures in the Bible such as the perversion of sexual intercourse, love, marriage, divorce, polygamy, adultery and fornication.
“I am on a mission to restore hope to humanity through motivation, coaching, and teaching of the word of God. I encourage anyone planning to get married, to go through this book at least three times before deciding to commit to anyone. Most importantly, to make sure that their potential spouse does the same so that they both have a uniform understanding of what they are attempting,” said Maposa.
He is also a motivational speaker, life and marriage coach, entrepreneur, and born-again preacher of the Word of God. He runs an organisation called the 4AM Prayer and Coaching Institute.

He said he hosts daily online Bible study and prayer sessions called the 4AM Prayer Gang on TikTok and Facebook.
