IN PHOTOS: TS Galaxy Queens host football trials
Ladies from all parts of the province came to take part in the trials, which will give some of them a chance to join the team.
TS Galaxy Queens hosted football trials on Saturday, January 21, at their new home ground, the Solomon Mahlangu Stadium.
TS Galaxy has just recently acquired the Premier Division status of Vasco da Gama for their ladies’ side to campaign in the first-tier league of woman football in the country, the Hollywoodbets Super League.

These trials formed part of their ongoing effort to afford all rural and underprivileged girls in the province an opportunity to showcase their talents.
The trials saw a number of young ladies from various places flock to the Solomon Mahlangu Stadium in KwaMhlanga to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
The captain of the ladies’ team, Hlobisile Chauke, said TS Galaxy is really working hard to develop the lives of young woman footballers.
“The team is really making an effort to change the lives of those underprivileged young ladies from the rural areas. This team will change the narrative of Mpumalanga football for the better.”
