Mizz K needs no introductions really. Her CV is both colourful and evergreen. She has been interviewed on major national and local media platforms, where she freely shared and talked about fashion, fame and business.

She has been featured on Mpumalanga News several times and she returns again this week to talk about her Charity Golf Event scheduled for April 30 to raise much needed funds to help the lessfortunate.

The inaugural Kede’s Fundraising Golf Day “This is an annual fundraising golf event which will be hosted on April 30. This fundraiser is aimed at raising funds for the programmes we are currently running under the banner of The Kedebone Mkhabela Foundation and serves as a strategic and fabulous way for everyone attending to network,” said Mizz K, as she explained her much awaited charity golf event.

She quickly explained that the funds raised will provide a vital lifeline sustaining the educational needs, care and treatment for young people in public schools.

“With each package and ticket sold, we will get closer to reaching our goal of providing for the needs of our public high school students. This charity event will attract both local and national individuals who will be either representing their organisations or attending in a personal capacity,” she continued. Mizz K hopes to use this event not only to raise funds in aid of The Kedebone Mkhabela Foundation’s programmes, but also help raise brand awareness and acquire new recurring donors.

“We want to use this opportunity to introduce the foundation and its programmes to key individuals and organisations and build new strong relations and synergies. Because of Covid-19, we are planning to have a minimum of 80 players participating in this event,” she added as she laid down the rules.

The Kedebone Mkhabela Foundation was established in 2017 with the main purpose of becoming a vehicle for mostly young people of Mpumalanga, to help change their lives.

“Our focus extends to women and children affected by gender-based violence, HIV and Aids, substance abuse and unemployment. We have spent years researching what would work best in the execution of our goals and in participation of programmes in line with our goals, and this is how the Mpumalanga Youth Legacy Project was born,” explained Mizz K.
