Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane delivered the state of the province address (Sopa) this morning. Apart from the fact that the occasion is one of the most important events in the province, politicians have turned the day into a red carpet affair.
Some pulled out all the stops for this year’s Sopa as they dressed to the nines, while others left us wondering with their choice of wardrobe.
