VIDEO: Department of Higher Education shuts down non-compliant college
Four colleges were raided and two were found to be non-compliant with the department and the municipal by-laws.
MBOMBELA -The Department of Higher Education and Training as well as City of Mbombela officials raided private colleges in Mbombela this morning.
Two of the four colleges were found to be non-compliant with the department’s accreditation requirements and the municipal by-laws. London City College was immediately shut down and its certificates confiscated. The management of the college was not at the premises.
