Peter Nyoni’s reaction to dismissed ANC case
Despite a concerted effort by disgruntled provincial ANC members to get the Nelspruit high Court to sway their judgmental decision their way, their prayers and solidarity never paid any dividends, but the case was dismissed in favour of the Mpumalanga Provincial Executive Committee.

Last year a group of disgruntled ANC members took the party before the Nelspruit High Court to annul the provincial executive committee (PEC).
They alleged that the structure was illegal as it was a creation of alleged fake branches.
The judgement was handed down at the Nelspruit High Court on Tuesday by Judge Brian Mashile.
The case was dismissed, based on the fact that the Bohlabela branch was still five-and-a-half years old when the application was made.
Some ANC members were heard threatening not to vote because of the dismissal of the case.
