Disgruntled members of the ANC disappointed by the judge’s decision to dismiss a court case
Mr William Nkata, said, “We accept the judge’s decision, though we are so disappointed.
The premises of the Nelspruit Magistrate Court were painted green and yellow today with members of the party attending the final session of the case to dissolve the Provincial Executive Council.
The judgement was handed down at the Nelspruit High Court by Judge Brian Mashile.

The case was dismissed, based on the fact that the Bohlabela branch was still five-and-a-half years old when the application was made.
Some ANC members were heard threatening not to vote because of the dismissal of the case.
Speaking on behalf of those members, Mr William Nkata, said, “We accept the judge’s decision, though we are so disappointed. The judge did not go into the merit of the case. We are going to study the judge but we must tell you up front we are going challenge and appeal this judgment.”
