Karabo said when you say you love someone, you need to introspect yourself to what you actually mean. “Love is not words but actions, actions will tell that you love someone. If you want to lay your hand on someone you basically do not love them.”

Commenting on the latest video that surfaced online of Mampintsha physically assaulting Babes Wodumo on Monday, like many local celebs who came in to support the young gqom star, Karabo said what Mampintsha did was uncalled for.
“What Mampintsha did to Babes is horrible. He needs help and Babes needs help too and really need gather herself, get to the person who she was and remember why she started doing what she does,” he said.

“People should not lay hands on each other regardless of the gender and the type of their relationship,” he said.

Since winning Idols, Karabo has travelled around the world performing, and on great stages around the country. He has collaborated with some great artists, and has signed a deal with Disney to do a soundtrack for their series called the Lion Guard.
