Notice: Proposed provincial spatial development framework

MEC for COGTA Mr Speed Katishi Mashilo hereby publishes, in terms of section 15(6)(b) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013) the proposed Provincial Spatial Development Framework for public comment.
Interested persons and institutions are invited to submit written representations on the above-mentioned proposed Provincial Spatial Development Framework to the under-mentioned address, within 60 days after the publication of this notice.
