Murder suspect remanded in custody
A 40-year-old man from Pienaar appeared at the KaNyamazane Periodical Court yesterday facing a murder that happened in May this year.
Sipho Mbokodo from neighbouring Pienaar’s appearance stems from an incident wherein a 44-year-old woman was found murdered in her house at Kanyamazane.
The victim, who had been staying alone, disappeared for a period of five days whilst neighbours and friends who had been worried by her sudden disappearance, decided
to check inside her locked house. They broke a window and gained entry, only to discover her partially decomposed body inside.
