GIG GUIDE: Artists to light up Mbombela this weekend

Friday:

• Coyotes Lounge King Harris will be hosting one of Kalawa’s finest artists, Busiswa. She is no stranger to the Mbombela entertainment scene and knows how to set the house on fire. Mpindane, Percy DJ, Mthizo, Mow, Nelsoula Deep and Fitted DJs will be on the decks. Remember, no under 18s allowed and entry is free.
• Zero13 Lifestyle ZeroFriday brings you the the Huku Experience with Sho Madjozi. Be there and enjoy the #SpringBreak2018!

Saturday:

• News Café Local disc jockey Trevor Dee will be celebrating his birthday and will host rapper, Priddy Ugly and media personality, Bontle Modiselle. eMalahleni’s Phlysoul will be on the decks. Saint Riolo, Dr Oz, Sergio Taylor, Nyama, Anerah Yasole and Tshepo G will also be on the ones and twos.

• Chaf Zar Celebrating our heritage – the ‘50s and ‘60s, Kofifi style. Old school cars, fashion, furniture and music. The joint will be transformed into a cultural hub by the Kofifi Movement to be enjoyed by lovers of this bygone era. R80 pre-ticket, R100 at the gate, R200 VIP. Let Kofifi Entertainment take you back in time.
• Msudvuka Park Ku on in Barberton as Tjintja Guluva Entertainment presents the Spring Fiesta with Skhaleni of Isibaya as a guest. Get your bikinis and swimming gear ready and be entertained by Chrizozo, DJ Lady 7, DJ Kendie, Mawe 2 and Chingie. Entrance fee for adults is R50, and R30 for children. A VIP experience will only cost R200. Jumping castles will be available and coolerboxes are allowed at R30.

• It’s Soul House Sundays at Nelspruit Shisa Nyama with Golden Soul and Ngwana On It featuring Motion Dee, Chris Black, DJ Onoyi and others. Cooler boxes are allowed from 9am till 3pm.
• Chill Out Sunday Sessions at Chaf Zar Trevor Dee’s after party with DJ China plus a great line-up. Entry is free.
