Alleged bogus doctor arrested on duty

A team comprising the Hawks’ Serious Organised Crime Investigation unit, Witbank SAPS and Health Professional Council of South Africa(HPCSA) officials swooped on the premises following up on allegations regarding doctors practising without valid credentials.

Kano Mireille Mumina (38), an alleged bogus medic has appeared before the Witbank Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday after she was arrested at a medical facility in Witbank where she was found practising.
