Pumas rugby player is all about fitness

You may have spotted Simphiwe Brian Shabangu at a rugby game or around the city, well he popped into our offices and gave us a few tips on keeping fit.

His daily routine involves extensive training and reckons to keep healthy and fit, 80 per cent should be of a good diet and 20 per cent of physical training.
