Amanda Black to mesmerise the crowds at Mbombela Jazz Festival

Amanda has won millions of hearts with the release of her hit song "Amazulu" and recently featured the much-loved "I Do" by LaSauce.

The first annual Mbombela Jazz Festival will welcome spring on September 9.  The stage will be adorned by who’s who of the entertainment industry.
Zimbabwean-born singer and guitarist Oliver Mtukudzi will grace the stage. The philanthropist, human-rights activist and Unicef goodwill ambassador for Southern Africa, “Tuku” is considered as Zimbabwe’s most renowned and internationally recognised cultural icon of all time.
The Mamelodi-born jazz musician and songwriter Don Laka will join Oliver Mtukudzi, and will deliver nothing but the best of his music. He is known for hits such as “Tlang Sekolong,” “Let’s Move the Night” and “Faranani”.
The KwaZulu-Natal squad will bring the Durban atmosphere to Mbombela Stadium with “Wololo” hitmaker, Babes Wodumo, “Ezase afro award-winning group Big Nuz, L’vovo Derango and Kalawa Jazmee heavyweight Professor, will set the stage alight. Afro-soul musicians, Amanda Black and Afrotraction will melt the crowd’s hearts when the two take to the stage.
Mbombela’s very own Afrotraction will mesmerise the crowd with his music. He is known for songs such as “Ngiphele”, “Ngeke k’lunge”, and “Ngimtholile” which was released in 2009. Swaziland’s star boy Sandz will also be rocking the stage.

Singer Princess Ndlovukazi will share the stage with other local artists on September 9. Tickets are available at Computicket for R295 and R350 at
the gate. For a VIP experience, R2 000 will be the price. Gates open at 16:00. See you there!
