Two busted for conspiracy to deal in drugs and fraud
The duo's arrest comes after a Shallow Cover Agent was tasked to meet with the suspect in order to purchase drugs. The Agent then left to the pre-arranged meeting place whereby the investigation team watched the female driving to a parking area.
Two suspects, male and female aged 25 and 27 were arrested at Secunda for conspiracy to deal in drugs and fraud by members of Mpumalanga SANEB and the Stratcon Tactical and Medical Unit yesterday. (Tuesday June 13)
After the female parked her vehicle, a Mazda2 at an OK grocery store, a white male jumped off and approached the agent to conduct the deal.

The deal was successful whereby 7 packets of kat were delivered. The drugs were then tested and found to be inconclusive, both suspects were arrested for Conspiracy to deal in drugs and Fraud. A vehicle was seized as well packets of kat.
The duo will appear at the Secunda Magistrate’s Court today.
