Kelly expresses her strength and love for her children

After the saga of the death of Senzo Meyiwa, Kelly Khumalo set the bar high as she did not allow negative comments from the public to destroy her.

MBOMBELA – Speaking to Mpumalanga News during her visit in the province, promoting her new album titled: “My Truth” which consists of 13 tracks, she said singing is not a hobby to her, but a career.

“I am still standing strong and I am here in the industry to leave a legacy. Singing to me is not just a hobby but a career. .Every time when I am on stage performing, I give my fans the best,” said Khumalo. She went on and accused the media of not reporting the truth about the issue of Senzo’s death, but she did not to dwell much on this matter.

“My new album speaks about truth and some of the songs I dedicated to my children, Thingo-Kwezi. Sometimes I am not home with them, I have to work until late and when I’m about to leave, you can tell that they still want to play with me, but I have to go and perform somewhere.
“I always tell them that mama has to work and I love them, but when I’m free, I give them all the attention that they want as children,” she concluded
