10 illegal fishers appeared in court
The ten were arrested by members of the Hawks and Crime Intelligence after receiving information about the suspects who were fishing illegal at Bosman, Witbank.
VOSMAN -Ten suspects appeared before the Vosman Magistrate’s court yesterday on charges of illegal fishing worth of R4 million.
The case was postponed to September 2 for their formal bail application. The suspects Meers Dumisane Alfred Lubisi (52), Given Ngwajeleni Lusibi(27),Mandla Richard Masanabo (26), Bill Clinton Lubisi (21), Zailina Phoshiwe Lubisi (46) and four Mozabican nationals Meers Jaros Mayane, Elias Nkuna,Ada Bennet Malayi, Salomon Alberto Vilanculo and James Sebeka.
They were all remanded in custody.
