Wanted criminals still at large
They were convicted on two counts of business robbery committed at Middelburg as well as another business robbery and murder that occurred at Elukwatini.
MIDDELBURG – A manhunt for two convicted fugitives, Sibusiso Nicholas Ngcane (33) and Linda Michael Cele (31), who escaped from lawful custody on 18 July 2016, is still continuing.
Ngcane and Cele escaped while being escorted to the police vehicle after they had been handed a 28 year prison sentence each.
They were convicted on two counts of business robbery committed at Middelburg as well as another business robbery and murder that occurred at Elukwatini.
Police urge any person with information regarding the whereabouts of the convicts to contact Colonel Phillah Mahlangu at 076 942 5455 or the SAPS Crime Stop number 08600 10111.
