Beer lovers in for a treat in this cold weather
Beer is no longer just a 'braai and rugby time' staple and South Africa is currently experiencing an on trend beer movement by the craft beer industry and its explosion of different beer styles.
With Spring approaching, beer gurus at the South African Breweries (SAB) have come up with a host of new beer cocktail recipes.
According to Owen O’ Reilly, mixologist and director at SIP Exclusive, beer adds a great texture and mouth feel to cocktails. “The body of the beer makes it a perfect platform to add other flavours complementing the complex flavours of the beer,” says O’ Reilly.
