Thino surprises her friends with new legs

Mpumalanga News published an article early in February this year about her condition and after two days the story was published, this publication received a call from a sponsor who requested to help the young girl.

KANYAMAZANE – Her peers couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw their friend, Thino George (3) walking for the first time.

When she was born, her legs were not well developed, so doctors at Rob Ferreira hospital amputated her because it was not doing justice to the little girl.

She’s been crying out to be afforded a pair of artificial legs and shoes from her family and community from last year December, which traumatised her family.

Last week Thursday she was dancing with her friends with her artificial legs during her welcoming party that was hosted by the Pienaar police station.

This publication learnt that Thino inspired a lot of people who graced her party that in life you must not limit yourself due to your physical condition.
