Former financial services’s employee guilty of 111 charges of fraud
On counts five to counts 111, Maphosa opened false loan applications on behalf of clients and defrauded the company of over R60 000.
MBOMBELA- A former employee of Barko Financial services was found guilty on 111 charges of fraud.
Mr Revolution Sambolo Maphosa (29) of KaMhlushwa was found guilty and convicted by Nelspruit Magistrate court yesterday.

His first charge of defrauding his employer of R40, 000 was wholly suspended for three years, the second to the fourth charges of defrauding the company a total of R60 000 was also wholly suspended for three years.

On counts five to counts 111, Maphosa opened false loan applications on behalf of clients and defrauded the company of over R60 000. The court finds him guilty and fined him R10 000.00 or six months imprisonment for each count .
