The boys are ready for Chiefs’ development trials
The players who were selected to go to trials are Tumelo Kokwane, Mthobisi Sibande, Peter Maseko, Sibusiso Bulunga, Simiso Khumalo and Sandile Motha.
Players of the Nelspruit Angels Club base at Msogwaba are ready to go to Johannesburg to support their seven players who were selected to take part in the Kaizer Chiefs development trial’s that will be held on December 7.
The players who were selected to go to trials are Tumelo Kokwane, Mthobisi Sibande, Peter Maseko, Sibusiso Bulunga, Simiso Khumalo and Sandile Motha.
Speaking to this reporter, the director of coaching of the club, Sam Mnisi said they feel honoured that some of their players are going to be part of the trials. ”We feel honoured to be part of the teams that are going to the trials of a big team in the country. This is an opportunity of a life-time for the boys and I wish them all the best. They must take this step very seriously and they must do their best as they are going to compete with other players from other provinces and they must not undermine them,” said Mnisi.
He went on and said that it’s history on its own for the team to have players who will take part in a big teams trials. In August ‘when they visited Naturena, which is Kazier Chiefs club house, where most of them were so motivated and according to Mnisi’, since they visited they club house their performance has changed. The team finished the SAFA league other Mngwenya stream in second position and currently they are preparing for the mayoral cup.
