25 year old body found dead on bed
Yesterday at Block A around 15:20, a 25-year-old Simphiwe Mathebula was found lying dead on a bed.
TONGA-This came after when a member of the SAPS received a complaint of murder at Block A. Upon his arrival, he found community
members who pointed him to the body of the deceased who was lying dead on the bed.
The deceased had marks on her neck, which indicate that she might have been strangled. She was also found half naked. It is also suspected that the victim was raped. The body was taken to the Government Mortuary for further investigation, and the suspect is unknown.
The Acting Station Commander Bhutani Sibiya is appealing to the community to assist with information in arresting the suspect
before he does this to somebody else. Such people do not belong to the community, but behind bars, anyone with information can Contact Lieutenant Colonel Lindiwe Nobunga at 082 464 6332.
