Premier gets a walking stick for his birthday
In acceptance of the gifts Mabuza jokingly said he was not comfortable with the idea of the walking stick as it says that soon he will be in need of three legs to walk.
MBOMBELA- The opening of the Mpumalanga Women’s Economic Summit, coincides with premier David Mabuza’s 55th birthday.
The women of the province surprised him with a birthday cake and gifts including an embroidered walking stick, file and a frame.
“We honour you Premier as the chairperson of the ANC in the province, we humble and salute you for all that you have done for the people of Mpumalanga,” marked Director General Dr Nonhlanhla Mkhize.
In acceptance of the gifts Mabuza jokingly said he was not comfortable with the idea of the walking stick as it says that soon he will be in need of three legs to walk. All attendance got a share of the cake.
