NYONGANE –Beneficiaries who have been waiting for a very long time to get their RDP houses handed to them alleges that their houses have been illegally occupied by people who don’t deserve them.
This happens at an area called ‘RDP’ section.
Mpumalanga News visited the area and discovered that this chaos started after some furious residents who needed shelter noticed that thehouses were complete and unoccupied for a period of time.
This move has since caused a havoc in the area as rightful owners want their houses back.
One of the beneficiaries who tried by all means to get her houses back , anonymously said
“I was very shocked when I find out that I am sharing this house with someone. I don’t understand how come one can share a stand number with someone else, there is definitely lots of corruption going on here, something must be done before it is too late,” she said.
