EFF member sworn in as MPL

On June 12 Skhosana took an oath to be faithful to the Republic of South Africa and to obey and uphold the constitution and other laws of the republic and to perform his functions as a member of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature to the best of his abilities.

MBOMBELA – A new broom sweeps better than an old one, hence the EFF has replaced the vacant position left by Ms Ayanda Tshabalala with a vibrant and energetic, Mr Alfred Skhosana.

On June 12 Skhosana took an oath to be faithful to the Republic of South Africa and to obey and uphold the constitution and other laws of the republic and to perform his functions as a member of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature to the best of his abilities.

He hails from Dr JS Moroka Municipality in the Nkangala region and has been a loyal member of the EFF since its inception. The party’s leader in legislature Mr Collen Mr Alfred Skhosana taking an oath.

Sedibe said, “As an experienced comrade who comes from the ANC and Ancyl, we expect Skhosana to bring a lot of vibrancy in legislature, coupled with commitment and experience as he is well aware of issues
affecting the people of this province.

“We are sure that he will do the work of the organisation diligently, and I am happy to be joined by someone who is committed and will present himself in the work of the organisation in the legislature unlike the former,” adds Sedibe.

The swearing-in ceremony was presides by the Deputy Speaker of the Legislature, Mr David Dube in the presence of Sedibe and the acting secretary in legislature, Mr Josiah Silinda.
