Ligwalagwala FM is celebrating 33 years and we are thrilled about the main event coming up this Saturday. It will be top-notch event and Mpumalanga News has the line-up to prove it.

“This will be one electrifying event. I’m very happy about it. We have big acts coming down to Nkomazi, Elangeni Lodge, and I would advise that the people come through in numbers for it,” said Delani Mofokeng of Nabalabantfu Entertainment.

With headlining acts such as Uhuru, Professor, Duncan, Madumane, Sdunkero, Shabba, and many more local artists, this is clearly a celebration to remember.

“We have a superb production in store for the party animals. One of the hottest rappers in the game, Ricky Rick, will perform his hit, ‘Boss Zonke’ live, and we also have the Shumaya hit makers, Dbn Nyts, who will bring the house down with their single.

We understand that 33 years is a long time ago, which means older persons will also be part of the celebration. They will not be left out as we have Mdu Masilela who will perform old-school jams to keep everyone on the same page,” added Delani.

According to him, the event will cater for party animals, religious people, and those who just enjoy laid-back vibes.

“We also have gospel artists such as Sfiso Ncwane and Past Anderson Matsane, who will take our hearts back to the religious roots.
“There’ll also be a demarcated beer garden, and a family unit set for the family-orientated audience. We can also confirm that the children will be nowhere near the beer garden.”

Tickets are sold at Computicket and Shoprite nationwide for R80 presale and R100 at the gate. For the VIP lovers, it’s R250 presale and R300 at the gate.

“We have amazing perks for the VIP audience. They will have their own waitrons, their own guards, and they will be closer to the stage. I also encourage them to buy the tickets sooner as they might be sold out. We only have a thousand tickets for VIP, if they get sold out from Shoprite and Computicket, they will not be sold at the gate,” he concluded.
