Commuters not satisfied with service

KAMAQHEKEZA – Commuters relying on Buscor busses to Mbombela were vocal on their disappointment at the company on Monday morning.

The bus which failed to start had the driver waiting for the company engineers and had to leave some 30 minutes later instead.
“We are tired of this habit, it has turned out to be a different day and same story type of scenario.
We have heard that Buscor has released new busses, but we are yet to see them this side. This is now sickening because we now have to call our bosses to inform them of the inconvenience, the company will not even refund the airtime used,” said one disgruntled commuter.
However, Buscor has come to the picture to defend their image to the public.
“I can’t speak of the inability of the bus to start, I would not really know that. It could be that the lights or radio was left on, but as for the old busses, I can safely say I am disputing that.
Nkomazi has only four old busses, the rest are new. The inconvenience can’t be caused by the bus being old, be that as it may, I am yet to look into the matter and find out what really happened. Our busses are rarely late,” said Vuyani Ndlovu, Spokesperson for Buscor.
