He calls himself “The Game”, this could be because he is so consumed by the game to the extent that it has become his identity. Lucky Khoza, sports presenter for Kasi FM, says the game now runs in his blood.

“Sport anchoring has been my passion ever since I was very young, so it comes as no surprise that I have been obsessed to this level,” says Lucky. It all began back in 2006 after he joined Bushbuckridge radio, and he has never looked back.

“I owe it all to certain individuals, who recognised my talent and encouraged me to keep my eyes on the ball.

Veli Mhlanga, station manager of Kasi FM, is one of the people who encourage me to do more each day. I am grateful to him and all the other people who have contributed to my getting this far.”

The host of Sports Drive airing on Saturdays from15:00 to 18:00, says this is just the beginning of his plans in the sports realm.

“I plan to skyrocket my talent, I know I might not be known now, but trust me, my work will definitely speak on my behalf. I am good at what I do, and I am of the belief that if I don’t blow my own horn, no one will.

I have emerged, and sport analysis in the province will never be the same again,” he concludes
