New design puts customers first

This new store design aims to put customers at the heart of its service philosophy by ensuring that their needs are easily identified and taken care of in the most efficient manner possible.

MBOMBELA – Vodacom Mpumalanga unveiled its brand-new refurbished store at I’langa Mall, bringing this store in line with Vodacom’s global look and feel.

By demarcating specific zones and providing an intelligent queuing system on entry to the store, customers will be able to get their queries attended to by the first available specialist consultant.
In the tech zone they will be assisted to set-up their new devices and troubleshoot most software-related issues. The express zone will be for simple retail sales and consultant zones to enable customers to upgrade, sign up for a new contract or simply query their accounts.
The refurbished Vodacom outlets provide a pleasant environment to attend to all your cellular needs.
Louisa van Beek, managing director of Vodacom Mpumalanga says they are excited about the new store, especially since it is designed to place key focus on the customer.
