KaNyamazane local movie plays on national TV

Local actresses and actors came together to showcase their talent in the movie Lelinye Litfuba, which is taking fans by storm.

A movie produced locally, Lelinye Litfuba, was recently aired on SACB1.

The movie was written by local writer Jerome Morremi under Ego-visuals Lekazi Productions. It is in Siswati.

The movie is about a girl who moves from a farm in Mganduzweni and goes to stay with her aunt in KaNyamazane.

Patrick Mohlala, Jerome Moremi, Gift Mashaba, Mandla ka Ndlovu, Thelma Siboza, Felicia Shongwe, Mcebisi Motha and Boikie Gumede.

She is from humble beginnings and had a good upbringing, but all that changes when she gets to her aunt’s house.
The movie featured such local talent as Hlengiwe Sindane, Jame Khoza and Sibusiso Nkosi from KaNyamazane and other areas.
According to the producer, Patrick Mohlala, they are honoured to be a production cast and crew from a small township to have their work played on the national broadcaster.

Mohlala said the movie is doing well.

We appreciate our community for the support they gave us during the production of the movie. This is proof that if we work together to identify local talent, we can have more series and movies from the province. This will also make it possible for people to learn more about our Siswati culture.”
