According to www.gov.za, International Women’s Day is the story of ordinary women as makers of history; it is rooted in the centuries-old struggle of women to participate in society on an equal footing with men.

Shiba called on officials to take advantage of eLearning Programmes, advising them to register and study further to capacitate and improve on their qualifications while working.

“Yes we must move with times, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is here, which allows us to be together, apart. We live in a digital era, but let us be responsible especially in our interactions through social media. Let us also be proactive and make sure we do not fall victims of hacking,” Shiba said.
