State-of-the-art Boxer store opens in KaBokweni

The City of Mbombela’s first citizen, Mayor Sibongile Makushe-Mazibuko, applauded the management of Boxer Stores for bringing their products closer to the people.
Boxer officially opened its doors to the community of KaBokweni on Friday February 24.
This outlet is strategically located and ready to serve and benefit other communities close to KaBokweni, such as Manyeveni, Hlau Hlau, Zwelisha, Dwaleni and many others.
“The opening of Boxer Store in our area is a huge blessing, because it comes with enormous perks in the form of employment and local economic spin-offs. For far too long, our people, especially the youth, had been without any employment opportunities, but the arrival of Boxer in the area has changed all of that. Most of the people working in this store are from the area, and this calls for a celebration,” said Makushe-Mazibuko.
She said the KaBokweni area is made up of many rural establishments with a number of households living below the poverty lines, and with Boxer’s track record of quality affordable products, life will be a lot easier for these locals.
This Boxer Store is a one-stop shop and offers a variety of products, from canned food and freshly baked bread to ice-cold beverages.

As expected, shoppers were treated with great friendly service and to amazing exclusive opening specials on a variety of items.
This new Superstore provided a world of convenience and savings to Mpumalanga shoppers, thanks to the all-under-one-roof offerings, including a variety of services and departments perfectly suited to its many customers.
“I have been a loyal Boxer customer since I started working. Their prices are by far the most reasonable. It is as if they are always in our shoes and know our social challenges. I can assure you, I no longer have to worry about food and drinks, because I know Boxer has me covered,” said Bongani Nkosi.

Other services offered at KaBokweni’s Boxer include a convenient B-Money Kiosk, various kiosks for cellphone providers, a Standard Bank ATM, Lotto and Rica. Sassa grantees can check their balances and withdraw their monthly grants at any till.
