Soccer fanatics fervorous to return to the stands

Local soccer fanatics are getting impatient with being made to wait a little longer to return to the stadiums, even after having been vaccinated.

It was earlier anticipated that vaccinated soccer fans would be slowly allowed back into stadiums, as had been the case during the Bafana Bafana and Ethiopia World Cup qualifier game on October 12, but both the government and the football controlling bodies in the country remain silent.

This is frustrating, as we are tired of sitting at home and having to watch our favourite soccer teams on the small screens,” said Mandla Maseko, a Nkomazi soccer fan.
