Cousins who died in fire are laid to rest in Jerusalem Cemetery
The police have not arrested anyone yet in connection with the death of the cousins

The two cousins, Noxolo Mlotshwa (7) and Mandisa Maseko (9), who tragically lost their lives when the RDP house in which they were sleeping caught fire last Saturday, were laid to rest in Jerusalem Cemetery this morning.

The children’s grieving family demand justice. “My grandchildren died an extremely painful death. We just hope that the police will find the suspect and arrest, prosecute and jail him for the pain he has caused the family,” said their gogo, Joyce Mhaule.

Since the children’s death, a number of private organisations lent the family a helping regarding the funeral arrangements.

Yesterday Lowveld Media, in partnership with Old Mutual, donated groceries, clothes and other equipment, to the relief of the family. The police have not arrested anyone yet in connection with the death of the cousins. Col Donald Mdlhuli said investigations were under way.
