Woman’s body found in lover’s toolbox half-naked and bruised

According to police, the woman was last seen by family members on Sunday, September 15. The following morning, the family became suspicious when she still did not show up as she was supposed to prepare her two daughters for school.

A woman’s body was found half-naked and bruised by the deceased’s brother following her disappearance last Sunday, September 15. The gruesome discovery occurred in Moloto Block 4, Kwamhlanga.

According to police, the following morning, the family became suspicious when she still did not return home as she was supposed to prepare her two daughters for school.

“It is alleged that the children asked the whereabouts of their mother from the boyfriend who was last seen with her and he alleged that she went to the clinic. He then left while the search was conducted around the area,” he said.

As the search progressed, her younger brother searched for her in the bedroom after the boyfriend had left. He then opened a toolbox used by the boyfriend where he made the gruesome discovery of her sister’s body stuffed inside the case half-naked with bruises all over her body.

“The motive behind the killing is still unknown at this stage and a case of murder has been opened for investigation. The police are currently requesting Thabiso Goliath Masehla to come forward to assist in the investigation,” police added.

Police in the province are looking for a man who murdered a 32-year-old woman at Moloto Block 4, KwaMhlanga.
