Emalahleni learners who died of alleged food poisoning to be buried this weekend
The funeral services of the two learners of Nelson Ngubeni Primary School will be held this weekend.
Zamokuhle Maepa ( 6) will be laid to rest on Saturday, in Malegale Village at Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality in Limpopo Province . The Funeral Service will start at 07H30.
Busisiwe Mkhatshwa (9) will be laid to rest on Sunday,at Hlalanikahle Community Hall at Emalahleni Local Municipality. The Funeral Service will start at 08H30.
“The department will deploy officials to attend both funeral services,”said Jasper Zwane spokesperson for the department.
“The investigations into the circumstances that lead to this incident are still ongoing and the result will be made public as soon as they are available,” he adds.
The department extends its appreciation to all who supported the two families and the school during this difficult period of bereavement.
May their souls rest in peace.
