The king and prince of gospel to bring down the house at the greatest Annual Gospel Concert in SA

This is going to be the moment most gospel lovers had been waiting for.

MULTI-AWARD winning gospel artists, veteran Benjamin Dube and the architect of a new phenomenon in gospel music, Ntumisang Makweya better known as Dr Tumi, have promised to bring Burgersfort in Limpopo to its knees with “real gospel” like it has never been seen before when they separately walk onto the stage at the annual Praise and Worship Gospel Concert in Burgersfort on Saturday.

Dube, Dr Tumi, Winnie Mashaba and Blondie Segwale will perform with several local gospel artists during a live concert at the Thaba Moshate Hotel Casino Convention Resort.

The often sleepy but picturesque mining town, which is situated in the valley of the Spekboom River at the edge of the Bushveld Complex in the Greater Tubatse Local Municipality, near the border of the two provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga is expected to roar on Saturday evening with the sound of applause and screams as the superstars of gospel make their entrance on stage.
This is going to be the moment most gospel lovers had been waiting for after social media recently went abuzz when Dr Tumi announced on Twitter that he and Pastor Dube had decided to stand on one stage for a worship concert.

And it will not only be a chance in a lifetime for local artists to shine and dazzle the gospel fans from various parts of the country and neighbouring states, but also to claim to have been part of the first gospel concert where two of South Africa’s greatest gospel singers performed on the same stage ever.
The event, which is presented by veteran events organisers Ziyaphenduka Marketing and Events in collaboration with the Limpopo Tourism Agency, AfriRent Fleet Management and Thaba Moshate Hotel and Casino, is expected to be bigger, better, safer and the most fun compared to the previous ones.
The event was last year held at the Laerskool Stadium Burgersfort, where late gospel star, Sfiso Ncwane performed for the very last time.

Ziyaphenduka founder, Bruce Kgapane said the event is going to be a picnic-style one where attendees will be able to bring their picnic baskets, camp chairs and enjoy a day filled with music and entertainment.
“I appeal once more to fans to grab their tickets as soon as possible because the venue can only accept a limited number of fans. Avoid disappointment and grab yours today,” he advised.
Normal tickets will cost R200 and VIP ones R660.
