Maths,science and technology academy handed over to Mpumalanga
The Academy which is also named after OR Tambo boasts among other facilities a Science laboratory, Mathematics Laboratory, and Broadcast room.
EMALAHLENI- The Mathematics, Science and Technology Academy (MSTA) was handed over to the Mpumalanga Provincial Government today.
The Academy which is situated in Malahleni was handed over by Mike Fraser, the President and Chief Operation Officer of South32 Africa Region.
“The Academy is aimed at improving the quality of education by training our teachers and learners and also encourage more learners to study maths and science,” said MEC for Education Reginah Mhaule.
