Murder suspects remain in custody
Mr Bonginkosi Excellent Mnisi (33) and the two other suspects were arrested face charges of conspiracy to commit murder and illegal possession of unlicensed firearms
WITBANK – One of the three suspects accused of conspiring to commit murder was denied bail by the Witbank Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
Mr Bonginkosi Excellent Mnisi (33) and the two other suspects were arrested face charges of conspiracy to commit murder and illegal possession of unlicensed firearms. His case was postponed to February 1.
Mnisi’s co-accused, Mr Dumisani Robert Sambo (46), was granted R10 000 bail while Ms Nomalanga Khumalo (49) was granted R30 000 bail. They will all appear in the same magistrate court on February 9. Investigations are still continuing.
