Two in court for assault
This comes after a video of them forcing the complainant into a coffin went viral on social platforms.
MIDDELBURG – Two suspects aged 29 and 28 years,respectively will appear before the Middleburg Magistrate Court today faced with allegations of assault.
Theo Martins Jackson and Willem Oosthuizen were remanded in custody by the Blinkpan Periodical Court on November 14 after handing themselves to the local police accompanied by their lawyer.
This comes after a video of them forcing the complainant into a coffin went viral on social platforms. The 29-year-old complainant opened two counts of assaults against the pair who then handed themselves to the police.
