Kede tutors local ladies on how to apply make-up
This particular one was to get ladies together to learn how to do their make-up, from creating a daily look to one for special occasions.
Renowned TV personality, Rise FM presenter, actress, singer and celebrity judge, Kede “Mizz K” Mkhabela launched her first event in the city when she hosted the first series of lifestyle events with the theme, “The Lifestyle With Kede” concept.
“I’ve always said that I want to come back home and do something that will connect us as women to learn from, grow from and have fun with.
This particular one was to get ladies together to learn how to do their make-up, from creating a daily look to one for special occasions.
It was about having a bit of fun and a little shopping therapy. Most importantly, it was about supporting one another as women of Mpumalanga.
“The turnout was really great for a ‘pilot’ event, and about 25 women attended. we also had a pop-up shop section with Khwin B, Vanity Loves, Phillipine and Thato’ accessories.
The workshop was conductedby celebrity make-up artist, Ellenor Ndlovu.
“We are already planning the next one in December, so watch this space,” related Kede, oozing tons of confidence about the prospects for her event series.
